Forgive me in advance!

I know this is a professional forum for "webmasters/web geniuses" but I believe every forum should have an active thread about Movies!

What movie are you going to see next?

What DVD are you about to watch?

Your favorite movie.

The worst movie.

The list is never ending...

So, I will start.

The last DVD I watched was RENT. I can honestly say, I can't get that darn theme song "Seasons of Love" out of my head.

What about you?

All movies were also rent but in VHS ("Version of this movie release for award purpose only").

I had seen recently:

1/ "The constant gardener" - Nice movie . It's about the testing of pharmaceutical products in Africa.

2/ "Syriana" - Boring and totally understandable since the tiny white subtitles (most of the time on white clothes) are really difficult to read on TV-screen. What a pity!

3/ "Munich" - Good movie. A bit violent though.

I am also currently watching all series of Monty Python Flying Circus. Since most of the movies mentionned above are really depressive, it is good to have a break and a good laugh, you know what I mean, yeah yeah, you know what I mean.

And tonight its King Kong, if I don't fall asleep before the end of the movie!

I'm going to see 'V for Vendetta' again this evening.. I hadn't expected much the first time, just wanted simple entertainment but it was surprising good.

Liking Dogville, I've also got a few more Lars Von Trier DVD's on there way.

Favorite movie.. Three Colours: Blue

Worst movie.. Starship Troopers 2, that was on TV so it was easy to switch but then there are those you have to sit through at the cinema, perpetually disappointed.. O Brother, Where Art Thou? was one.

Tomda - Did you get through King Kong?

I thought the "longing" gazes between Kong and the woman were a bit much.

Davidpbrown - wow I though Starship Troopers was bad by itself. Didn't know they made sequels off of bombs.

I sit working in SPSS, listening to "Seasons of Love," which I downloaded from iTunes. This song is addicting.

BTW, "Rent" is a broadway play that was released in the movies last year.

I haven't seen a truly great movie in the last 24 months (seen them all).

For entertainment value though....try Hustle on AMC in the USA and the BBC in Europe.

TV at it's best!

One hour of fun per episode that simply has to be watched again ;)

If you like great intelligent dramas, Hustle will blow you away!

Hmm, that does look good. Seems like it has an "Ocean's Eleven" feel to it.

I will have to check that out! Thanks for the heads up.
