Me: I'm half way through a bottle of rosé and there is lasagne in the oven, but yes, you're right, it has been a nice day and I popped out with my daughter in my arms for 5 minutes to enjoy the sunshine...

Trees have buds starting on them, and spring flowers are starting to sprout. Few nice fat momma robins making their rounds for their worms.

we just got back from vacation, the first in over 4 years, and I'm not ready to resume

It was a lovely day. Very cold and windy, but the sun felt nice. We all went out and bought a new vacuum cleaner. We brought along food for a picnic, and lasted about 2 minutes out in the cold before hurrying inside to warm up. As a craft we planted some bean seeds in plastic cups and put them in a warm place to germinate. After dinner my daughter and I baked some chocolate cake in the microwave, and shared it. Now my wife is reading her bedtime stories, and life is good.

Spring weather isn't here yet, but a spring mood has somehow appeared this March Fourth...

March 6 - another nice day! Sunny and mild outside, and everyone I meet is in a cheerful mood.

A few of these days in a row will shake off those February blues... this is contagious

Tomorrow is supposed to be even better.

Also this month, Our area of the world, Eastern states are supposed to increase an hours worth of daylight! Sounds great to me.

New birds eating at the seed. Anytime a new breed flies into my seeds, I'm a happy person ;)
