If I have two posts that I need to make in a week, is it better to post them a few days apart instead of posting them both at the same time? Should I consider the days/times that I make the posts?

Posting them both at the same time is not a good idea and will probably limit their reach.
Facebook insights should give you an idea of when your followers are most active on Facebook and that should be a good time/day to post.
I imagine if you don't post often and suddenly post twice in a day then some followers with a 1,500 potential posts to view, may only see one of your posts.
It's really something you need to experiment with.

Shouldn't make any difference. Particularly if the posts have different content/meaning. Real world is we sometimes send two or more letters on the same day and might go a week or more before sending another.

There is no "seo or fb" rule for when to post. Also (reminder from the 1960s) If it feels good, do it!

Most times you want your reporting to appear natural, life-life. Sometimes there is a passion, sometimes we're asleep.

It does seem to make a difference on pages I manage. Multiple posts one after the other get seen by fewer followers. Spacing the posts out seems to get more visibility regardless of the topics.
