Yahoo Search min bid changes

I heard that Yahoo Search Marketing has lowered its minimum bid from 0.15Euro to 0.05 in Spain and perhaps other European countries. Can anyone corroborate?

Is there something mysterious that I'm missing?

In the top right hand corner of that overture page, select a country.. and you can see min bids for each. It's kinda annoying, but...
