HI I need links from German sites but do not speak German. Got any ideas?

Ideas... Most Germans read english, so sending out mails should work. Else you need to get some paid help.

not only do most speak english. In G you have to have an Impressum (company details) and AGB (T&C) so it's easy to contact webasters of well running sites

Webmasters will usually understand English. But currently there is a lot of English linkbuilding spam comming in here.
So you better make sure your message is not mistaken for one of those spammy ones ;).
