Can someone please tell me the url where I can submit with the paid submission option to Nomade? I can't find a link that works anywhere and I haven't been able to make contact with them at all anywhere.

Nomade is owned by Tiscali. The rumour says that Tiscali is about to discontinue Nomade in early 2004. I do not believe this has been officially confirmed yet but that would explain why it is no longer possible to submit.
