Pay per click in France & Italy

where do Overture/Espotting results feature

I'm investigating the French and Italian PPC market for a client, but can't seem to find which portals or engines use Overture and Espotting results in those countries.

Do anyone have any idea, or better still, a couple of links I can look at?
