It looks like the PPC market in Europe is hotting up again. Overture launched in France [webmasterworld.com...] & Espotting have struck back announcing that of 29 'key' deals in France with sites using their results, they hold 21 of them.

They've announced 6 European deals [espotting.com...] , including Eresmas in Spain & pan-Euro delas with both Caio and Dooyoo too.

It looks like the race for Europe continues....with Espotting in Spain and Italy, where next for Overture? Anyone heard anything?

Espotting obviously has no problems at all to sign up new partners. Those guys are creative, marketing the results with large consumer portals Dooyoo and Ciao.

Most imortant are the deals with Wanadoo owned Eresmas and Telepolis. That puts them along with the Yahoo, AV and Lycos channel deal in a very strong position in Spain.

Forgot to mention though it's not new really: Kartoo has signed with Espotting too. I understand they all need money but that is a bit sad.

So, it's Scandinavia next to answer my question!

Espotting are running a special offer for Sweden and Denmark now, matching the amount you deposit (up to a set limit.) Got that through a third party, as my Swedish is non-exsistent!

Links from here to the country sites
[espotting.com...]

Pop-ups when you visit the individual countries detailling it.

Thanks Klaus.
Personally the most interesting thing about the Scandinavian deal I find the announced partnership with ATW, which up to now had OV listings for US visitors, through their marketing partner Lycos.com.
For those who read swedish or danish:
[dk.espotting.com...]
[se.espotting.com...]

The connection between Fast and ES goes even further: The backfill for Espotting websearch is, contrary to other local ES sites delivered by Fast.
