Relevancy? Well it seems that the database has an ok size compared to the number of danish pages, but their algo needs a little work imo. A lot of work actually.
Anyway, always nice to see new engines stepping up to the plate. Good luck to them!
I found a reference to them on a website that I visited. Before that I had never heard of them.
> as you say, the traffic is non-exstistent at this point
I don't think that my keywords have given me one single visitor in that week or so that I have been in their db. I get some few visitors because one of my pages has a small banner from them.
> I did a couple of searches and it's slow. Really slow.
I only searched some rather non-competitive words and that of course would not reveal their slowness.

I dominate my central keywords so I would be satisfied! But of course a search engine should give realistic and relevant results when searching on competitive keywords.

Yes, it's important that we get new search engines. Suddenly one of them happens to be very good and doing something that no other search engine has done quite as well before.
I just ran a quick report across all my clients for all of 2002 (to date) and the total number of clicks from Netstjernen was 21 (!)
Off course I can't give you the total number of clicks we produced in 2002 but as you can imagine Netsjernen is not what pays my bills (even though we get reasonable CPCs) :)
