As you know Europe is not one country, but a LOT of countries and languages. Therefore it does not make sense to submit you site to "all" directories in Europe. Pick the countries and languages you service and submit to those.
Auto-submission is not something I would recommend nor is it something I personally use. Take the time to find the good directories and craft oyur submission carefully using the most relevant categories etc.
That will benefit you more that just using a shot gun approach.
