advertisers can place their listings on top of the odp results.
Apparently they just started out, couldn't find any partners.
Anybody used them?

I've never heard of this one - they crop up all the time, but are generally worthless. Just like the so-called "regional directories" - with very few exceptions, a total waste of time.
