How to make SEO with Russian SE?

Hello World!

I'm a webmaster of a few sites in a ru internet area. I have some expereince to make SEO in russian area for Yandex.ru and Google.ru engines. But i hear what it's very hard to make SEO for Google.com, whats why i came here to ask you about some terms what u can give me about this? because i believe in a future time the situation in Russia would be the same, like in the world. That's why i want to increase my knowledge before this.

Can somebody give me some point?

If you manage to rank well in Google.ru you should follow the same principles and do well on Google.com as well :)
