I would like to submit my website to search engine and directory in European. Could you give a link to those search and directory to me.

That's a pretty general question you have there - you know, Europe consists of many many languages and there's nothing like "submitting to Europe". If you're dead serious about building quality referrers from European search engines, you need to get a few things down:
1. Figure out what countries you want to promote your site in.
2. Build the language to support the European country [webmasterworld.com] you're promoting the site in. Eg. promoting in Germany would need a least some pages in German. Many Europeans start by searching in their own language first and then switch to english if they not succesfull.
3. Make sure you're able to do transactions in the local currency, even better have the costumers pay in EURO [webmasterworld.com].
