I mail a question to fast yesterday abot paying for spidering and i asked about europen (sweden) and here is some facts

Sweden will be handled by Lycos-Europe, but not until November 1st or so. Please keep an eye on the website to watch for additional details. I am very sorry, but I think you'll feel it was worth the wait!!

Don´t worry, they´ll let you know when you´re allowed to give them money.
I figure it´s more a Lycos problem. Lycos still partners on their submit pages with webwurld/webgravity. Perhaps there are contracts to fulfill.
