I'm facing that problem: I have a site that charges several clients a small amount, let's say U$10 from every client of a long list. U$10 is a very small quantity but there is many people ready to pay it. The problem is how to receive such a small fee internationally.
Wiring U$10 is charged U$36 so that's no possible.
Western Union costs some U$20, the same thing.

Is it impossible? I would just limit to sell for small fees just locally?

Use PaySystems, 2Checkout or even Paypal to collect all the $10 payments that you receive on your website. Withdraw by check (for credit card processors) or direct deposit (paypal) once it reaches $100 or $200.

Will paypal ever send me a check to Argentine? It is one of the countries with a cross... means only send payments...

Not sure about Paypal. But third party credit card processors send cheques to almost all the countries. But they do charge 5 to 7% though for each transaction though. They generally have a small setup fee ($50)
