It gets tangled.
Supposedly, Business.com will pull your info from the LS feed, but I haven't taken the plunge to find out.
Another thing to consider about business.com is that they show adwords ads on their own site for categories that don't have any ppc action.
It all gets really tangled, so it's important to take note of all the partners you work with and keep them all separate otherwise you get into the position of paying more for clicks that would otherwise have cost less, or even free (through Ink).
We've been with them for only a couple weeks but we have received a few qualified leads so far.

We get about 30-40 visits a day
I wonder how much of that is from the syndication program that is costing them $0.40/click that would otherwise cost them $0.15/click through Looksmart?
Reaching a conclusion based upon the user comments posted here, it would seem that if their directory worked a little harder then the $99 inclusion fee might be worth it. But for five or six visits, those $99 would be better spent elsewhere.
I'm not saying people shouldn't pour money into them, only pointing out that people around here don't have much positive things to say about business.com.
Isn't there anybody around here having a positive experience with them as far as the directory is concerned? Anybody have something good to say about the directory?
The syndication is best served across the partner sites and not sponsored search engine listings on Looksmart.
i.e. a lot of our placements will go on entrepreneur.com or fastcompany which is great targeting for our particualr software product [no name mentioned] - sorry about the earlier post's link, I never realized this forum operated in a unanimous fashion :)
The best part of the Business.com program so far has been the PR Google sees, the widespread reach on high PR sites, and google crawls us a lot now.
Something else to consider.
When we were running with them almost every visitor we had to pay double or triple and sometime even more. When checking the campaign on our end and not counting the duplicated IP's it was fair but, with their count we were losing money.
If you say charge back enough times they will refund some of your money.
