I want to setup my own shopping cart selling widgets, but I don't know where to start.
I want a program that will be setup on my host and that's my only rule.
Any ideas?

I think you need to provide a little more information. What is your programming background? Can you work with asp or php? Or do you want something out of the box that you customize with only very little html knowledge? What is your budget? Is it an established site that you want to be able to "bolt on" a shopping cart? Server operating system? After answering these we will be able to help you better.
