Does anyone have an example ecommerce swot analysis they did or have come across for their company?

I don't think you're going to find any people willing to turn over their company's SWOT analysis. There are several places that sell SWOTs and you can have them delivered in email.

I've seen SWOTs available from Colgate, Disney, Amoco, KFC and Amazon but I haven't seen any free ones online or elsewhere.

Wasn't looking for company specific info, but rather generic, what would fall under strength, weakeness, etc.

Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats.

Not too tough to do online, all the info you need to know is sitting right there at the URL of the sites you consider to be competitors. If you are looking for specifics on "what" to look at, just search SWOT or S.W.O.T. on any search engine.

Strengths = how are you better?

Weaknesses = how are they better?

Opportunities = in the future, what can you do better than they can do?

Threats = in the future, what can they do better than you can do?
