I will appreciate some feedback here.
We just began accepting credit cards payment on our web site and chose Paysystems for this.
They look like very reliable and good company.
Now we got several payments, but all of them are with the status pending as new transactions.
Transactions will remain pending for up to 48 hours following the purchase.
They also advice to wait with providing services until payments will be clear.
As I have no experience with accepting credit cards payments I have thought that it will be cleared at once and we can provide services for clients also at once.
Is it normal procedure to wait for so long? And what is usually a reaction of the customers who have to wait so long?
