which payment processors provide services?

As many international merchants are aware, the constantly changing rules of Visa have made life miserable for them. Now payment processors can no longer process cards for intl. merchants if they are not incorporated in their own region.

I am thus wondering if any of you are incorporated in Gibraltar or Dominica, and whose services are you using? Does your name appear on the customers card statement?

Hmmm, I guess we don't have too many members who deal with Gibralter and Dominica directly like that. I know that Gibraltar is largely covered by UK law, but I don't know how this applies to banking law (we have lots of odd little arrangments with various Channel islands, for instance, which are sort of British, but actually do as they want in some ways), nor how that would apply to credit transactions.

Anyone else got better information?
