Looking for a very simple shopping cart

Hi,

I'm looking for a shopping cart software that lets the customer add products to a cart, then fill in an email form that will send both the customer's contact information and the chosen products to the store owner. I don't need credit card processing or PayPal processing, just an email form (and a system to display products in different categories and somehow).

Which one do you recommend? My client prefers free, or cheap.
