Sooner or later Visa and Mastercard are going to start taking credit card theft seriously and make security changes which will have a major impact on credit card processing by small ecommerce sites. Any thoughts on what will happen?

thats scary stuff, i've been very careful, or so i thought with CC info, to merchants/vendors.

I wonder which accounts?, why were they specifically targetted?
