Is Algeria on your high risk list?

I just found out that my bank does not consider Algeria as a high risk country (in terms of online fraud). Personally I would automatically put algeria on my "EXTREMELY" high risk list, but for some reason I can't find many reports associating Algeria with online fraud. Any suggestions?

It is very high risk. Do not send unless the credit card is issued in Algeria. If it is issued in France or the US, then it is almost certain to be fraudulent.

Thanks alot Derek. The credit card is indeed issued in France. I was quite surprised that my processor didn't flag this transactions since it is originated from Algeria.
