Payment providers and "auto return systems"

are there others than Paypal?

Dear all,

I sell software, and use order forms embedded inside the executable. Upon payment, I rely on the payment provider to auto return to the order form (ie the software), and that is when any software locks are removed. (Trial version becomes full).

Paypal does this, but I don't know of any other providers who do.

Also, if there is a provider who does this and also runs some sort of affiliate program, that'd be really great.

Any thoughts on this?

thanks,
Jaxz

Are you referring to the IPN?

I’m talking about support for a redirection feature (a "link back" url) that allows you to redirect the customer to a page of your choice AFTER SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT.

For instance, you can redirect the customer (only after successful payment completion) to a “secret” page of your choice (eg, at your site) where you provide golden content.

Paypal supports this.

Most electronic payment gateways support this. It is just a matter of coding.
