International payment gateway for Indian vendor?

Hi,

I'm setting up a hosted services site in India to offer services to an International audience. I need to select a Payment Gatweay for it with the following needs:

1. Wire transfer to Indian bank account.
2. Advanced features: I need to be able to set up recurring payments for my clients. Payments will be made from the same card every month for the hosted service.

Any suggestions on this? Paypal seems to be the best, but they don't wire transfer money to Indian bank accounts. I can't figure out if Authorize.net will work for Indian vendors (they seem to be US centric).

CCAvenue seems to be the largest Indian PG, but they don't offer recurring payments.

Anyone have any ideas on this?
