Publishing return rate of a widget.

Helpful consumer advocacy or disaster for your business?

If you sell a multitude of widgets, you eventually run into a dud that has a high rate of return. What is your opinion on publishing this return rate as part of your product description?

Wouldn't it make more sense to just stop selling it? Sell any stock left at cost price on ebay...

Yeah - just delist it - if you are getting too many back processing the returns is usually a pain - plus if you know they are no good you might alienate customers - cos I bet they won't read the info at time of ordering and only bash you with it when their widget goes bang!
