How do you enforce your copyrighted graphics and or product descriptions from theft by Ebay sellers in particular. Is Ebay responsive to a complaint?

If they're hotlinking then you can block them. If they've copied them, then you should pursue this with a lawyer.
Question. Are the sellers representing you or are they your competitors for the same product line?

Sign up for an Ebay account. Then search under the Ebay help menu for VERO. Join the Vero program. It will allow you to get the violating auctions canceled whenever you see them. It's really the easiest way to deal with them.
