I have a client who needs a professional-looking eCommerce store.

He does not, as yet, have anything - domain, merchant account, gateway, etc.

I am looking for a reliable, fairly simple solution for him.

Right now I am looking at goEmerchant.com because it's an all-in-one and looks like it will offer him what he needs with room to grow.

I would greatly appreciate any comments/suggestions.

I have done a number of other static websites, and a couple of very simple eCommerce sites through PayPay and Yahoo!, but I am new to ASP and the like.

I am more than willing to learn, but don't want to learn the hard way on this guys dime.

You might check out loudcommerce. I use them for my hosting and all ecommerce. I have been very pleased.
