I am new to using PayPal. I see this "verify" option for the account, which will be done through verifying my credit card details. Such verified accounts apparently have a higher withdrawal limit. My concern is - do they charge some dollars for doing the verification? Anybody who has a 'verified' account with PayPal - please be kind to reply [a simple yes or no shall do :)].
