How to tie in the Quick books merchant account

I have my cart set up with godaddy. I also signed up for a quickbooks merchant account to process the payments. But I can't figure out how to tie the cart to quickbooks. Godaddy and quickbooks support lines have no idea. Which seems strange because they recommend quickbooks.
Any ideas?
Also does the quickbooks merchant account include a gateway?

Godaddy's support has not usually been helpful to me either for domain registration. How many times have you called Godaddy? It might take a few times to get a support technician that might understand your needs.
