Proposed Class Action Lawsuits Aim to End Amazon Price Fixing

A trio of proposed class-action lawsuits in the U.S. and Canada accuse Amazon of abusing its market dominance to fix prices.

The lawsuits, filed on behalf of consumers in both countries, claim Amazon violates competition laws by penalizing third-party sellers that offer their products at lower prices on other platforms.

See: [geekwire.com...]

It's important to note that Amazon takes a 15% commission from each sale (product and shipping cost, if any), making it the most expensive marketplace/platform to sell on.

I sell on Amazon and do well. They provide the customers platform shipping options at a reduced rate (I save 15%) and other benefits.
15% To me isn't a bad deal. If someone does well don't sell on Amazon.
I don't see this probably most of the issues are due to poor business practices.
Slow late shipments bad communication in emails etc.
