PayPal log in troubles

How often do you have to reset your password?

I've been having problems with my PayPal account over the last few months. It seems like every time I go to log in, it tells me I have to reset my password. Then I have to go through all the steps to change my password, and I'm able to log in. A few days later I try to log in again, and I have to reset it again.

Anyone having this problem?

I've never had that problem and I have used them for years.

I suggest you emailing Paypal about this issue. It could be someone trying to access your account repeatedly without success, or someone trying to reset your password by entering your information.

I have this problem all the time on my paypal account. It's gotten to where I just don't bother using it much anymore, because it's such a hassle to have to reset the password every time.

I did email paypal about it, but they apparently don't find it a problem.

IMHO it's crappy programming on their part, to lock out an account that has a lot of failed login attempts. There are other ways that could be handled, that are less of a nuisance to the REAL account owner.
