Have tried al the options and even the tech guy from pay pal can't resolve it.
Do you have the same experience when clicking on Pay Pal Add to Cart required to log in?
Hmmm, it has been a little while since I actually used the Add to Cart button builder in PayPal. There used to be an option to check and force your users to login via PayPal but I don't see that anymore. Maybe a recent change?
Are you using code in your cart variables that tells PayPal to require a login?
