[Ecommerce] Indexing EVERY product of my ecommerce shop?

Shall I index every product that I have in Google?

Hi all,

My question i simple. I have a website with 5000 different product in 50 categories, so that is 100 product in every category and they are all very a like.
Brand Name X Blue boxers
Brand Name Y Green Boxers
Brand Name X Orange Socks
Brand Name W Black Pants
etc. +4996

But of my 5000 pages, only (10%) 500 of them are really getting traffic.
90% of my pages do not have any clicks or impressions at all in the last 90 days.

99% of does NO-TRAFFIC pages are productpages. And Google punish website that has pages that have no traffic or index-bloat pages.

What shall I do?
Only index my categorie pages?
Only index the products that drive traffic
Or do nothing?

Set up a merchant account, and upload your product list into Google Shopping
