Hi Guys,

I'm in the process of relaunching my website and was wondering what 'information' pages I absolutely must have. I currently have the following: Contact Information, Delivery Information, A Warranty Page, Terms and Conditions, and Payment Information Page.

Can anyone think of any others I should have, or any that should be removed. A lot of sites I see have FAQ's, I could maybe get rid of the warranty page and put the info in there, and I could probably do with a Privacy Policy.

ANy ideas? What do you all have?

Thnaks,
chodges

I would keep the privacy policy - ensure the customer you are not selling their data. A FAQ page is great - if you can make it interactice (where they write the question, you answer it and it goes to the asker and it posts - fantastic!) This has saved us so much time in the past
