Hi, I have been doing some international transactions for over 10 years with no problems at all, but 2.5 months ago I sent a wire transfer to a supplier from who I have bought a few times in past years only this time he has not delivered the goods neither returned the money
I "purchased" 2 manlift and sent the money on November the 20th 2015, and he kept telling me that there was a delay with the freight truck to load them and after a few weeks I only got an email telling me that there was a problem and if it cannot be solved he would send my money back, then another few weeks passed, and he sent me an email asking for my wire transfer information so he could send the money back, but 3 weeks have passed and I haven't got any response from him
I Call the office and they allways tell me that he is not there, I sent him emails and I get no response
What would be my best option? to keep waiting and hope he does send my money back or can I take any legal measure?
