I've always looked for new hires on Craig's List but I'm running into some issues there and it's time to get comfortable with a new jobs site. It does not need to be free. Any suggestions? I'm looking for marketers and business administrators.

It would depend on where you and the job are located

If you look through the links in the footer here, you might find people looking for work. There are listings for "Employees" "Services" and "Programmers". And they aren't all strangers.

You can try [awwwards.com...] if you don't mind remote workers.
