jetcom can't be good for smaller merchants

I see their ads right next to ours...they offer free shipping and $10.00 off first order, etc. Google Ventures invested in them along with other investors...don't like this either...would not be good if Google becomes like Amazon...I don't mind competition but when it's a major venture who does not mind losing money for 10 plus years (like Amazon) we as small merchants are going to have a problem.

Interesting that no one commented on this post. jetcom is quite significant to all smaller merchants. To add information to future browsers interested in jetcom...big news a few days ago...they no longer offer membership fees - they say they are pivoting to a new model where they get retailers to be part of their store...so according to the WSJ it will be harder for them to cut prices because they were going to make money on membership fees. All of the above that I have writtenis coming from my memory - look up yourself to be sure what I wrote is correct. I could be wrong.
