Do customers care what live help software we use? When we create the button what text should we put on it "Live Chat" "Live support" "Sales and Support" "Click to Chat" etc. Thanks in advance! Does Live Help seem like a reasonable solution? I like how I can purchase it and not pay expensive monthly fees and it also seems to have a lot of good features.

I use WhosOn, and created a simple button with a big question mark, and the words "Live Help".

We get about one chatter for every 1500 unique visitors... not many at all.

We get about 1/800...

we use liveperson...it is a nice feature...we've found most use it for customer service issues , and they are ecstatic at the live service they get...

The tag in the button will determine how many and who clicks...try " Instant Discount-Chat Live" and you'll get more clicks,,.,
