Worst process ever. Is there a company out there that will manage it for a fee?

Oh man, you guys haven't had the "pleasure" of going through this process? I could go into a rant but what's the point. Let's just say it's government efficiency at its worst.

The government doesn't really control their day to day functions. The site isn't the greatest, but at least they usually pay. I have been paid in just a couple weeks, and that's before 30 days have elapsed. Once they do an investigation and can't find it, they usually pay right away. If it's damaged, just attach a photo and they will typically pay right away.

The one I'm having trouble with right now is an international package. Has anyone else gone through the claims process with an international package?
