I had a bizarre "conversation" with a Singapore based rep of Worldpay.
I had submitted all the particulars in an email, got one back saying we didn't own the products we were selling (it's a pay per contact *service* model) .. then got a telephone call that made about 3 revolutions, after which I realized that the rep didn't have a clue. "But you don't own the service."
Duh!
