Customers will be pre-registered brick and mortar businesses and the model is pre-pay. So we're looking for low processing %

I use Worldpay and am very happy with it.
The charge is about 5% with a yearly fee.

Really depends where you are staying and what is your product.

It once took me 3 months to get paid from 2CO, however I have been paid correcctly ever since.

I had a bizarre "conversation" with a Singapore based rep of Worldpay.

I had submitted all the particulars in an email, got one back saying we didn't own the products we were selling (it's a pay per contact *service* model) .. then got a telephone call that made about 3 revolutions, after which I realized that the rep didn't have a clue. "But you don't own the service."

Duh!
