hi - during the completion of the company annual accounts our accountant queried monthly entries in the eshop hosting account relating to an emarketing add-on to the eshop at 70/mth - there were 11 entries totalling 840.

when i contacted the company they said that my wife give permission however i remember her asking me about it at the time & i declined as we already had a suitable emarketing client.

we recieved no emails or letters regarding the add-on addition to our account but after many emails they eventually did cancel & refund 1 month.

i'm afraid to take them to the "small claims court" for the balance that they owe (700) in case they close the eshop.

can anyone please advise on this?

So, what is your actual question? Are you asking if you should take the risk and sue? That's a question only you can answer. (Not knowing if there is a different question, it's hard to know what direction to go in terms of advice.)
