hi - during the completion of the company annual accounts our accountant queried monthly entries in the eshop hosting account relating to an emarketing add-on to the eshop at £70/mth - there were 11 entries totalling £840.

when i contacted the company they said that my wife give permission however i remember her asking me about it at the time & i declined as we already had a suitable emarketing client.

we recieved no emails or letters regarding the add-on addition to our account but after many emails they eventually did cancel & refund 1 month.

i'm afraid to take them to the "small claims court" for the balance that they owe (£700) in case they close the eshop.

can anyone please advise on this?

So, what is your actual question? Are you asking if you should take the risk and sue? That's a question only you can answer. (Not knowing if there is a different question, it's hard to know what direction to go in terms of advice.)
