Using existing Paypal account for new Ebay account

I just created an Ebay account to liquidate some misc products for dirt cheap that I won't be stocking any longer.

I have an existing Paypal account that ties to my ecommerce site. I'm thinking about tying that Paypal account to the new Ebay account. I don't see any problems with doing that. I'm just wondering if there is something I'm missing though, if for some reason doing this would be a huge mistake.

Is that what most people are doing with their Ebay accounts - linking it to their existing ecomm Paypal account?

I would keep them separate if you can.

your ecommerce+paypal is working, so don't mess with it.

chagebacks to a paypal account that you have connected to an ebay account could cause you problems with your ecommerce site.

Totally agree ! Don't trust the monkeys even when you think that everything is fine.

People who divorce also were thinking that everything would be fine forever...

I have different Paypal accounts and never mix anything, 1 business = 1 account, and I even use different names on some...

Many of us hate Paypal but have no choice and must use it, so be careful !
