Social Login & Sharing (Refer A Friend) Recommendation?

Hi,

I'm looking for a social login & sharing (e.g Facebook, Twitter, Gmail, MSN, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) API that I can integrate with my website this way customer's can refer friends/family to join the site by automatically logging into their email/social media platform from my website, and I would reward them based on how many referrals they send.

Can anyone recommend either a free (open source) or paid API that I would be able to integrate with my website?

I have not see the Refer a friend option offered on the code blocks I've seen as yet. I believe each of the services you listed offers an API that you can use to build such a tool if need be.
