I haven't put any effort into gathering good reviews for my online store. I've found that people don't publicize a good experience but do publicize a bad experience. There are only about 5 bad reviews (after many years in business) but they're on a website dedicated to bad reviews and it shows up as #2 when searching for "example.com reviews".

How can I put some positive stuff above that, maybe even push it off the first page?

Just write a lot of good review yourself or pay someone...

I put up actual positive emails that people send me, and paste it under the item they were talking about... along with their first name, last initial and town.
