Use a new Paypal account on website because current account limited ?

When a website was using a Paypal account that has been PERMANENTLY LIMITED for other reasons not related to this website it seems impossible to use any other Paypal account on this website because Paypal will also lock this new account that is RELATED to the former one.

Can you confirm ?

And what if I sell my online shop, the next owner won't be able to use Paypal also ?

Your explanation doesn't make complete sense.

I'm sure there are two-dozen reasons for PayPal to limit an account. You haven't provided the reason they limited your account, but you've assured us that it *isn't* related to the website.

So, say I buy your website, why would you think they'd lock *my* account? Their action on your account had nothing to do with the website, right?
