E commerce Shopping cart tutorial

Hello, has anyone seen a e commerce tutorial using php/mysql, where one builds a shopping cart?

I've only seen one that comes close to what I want but I wanted to know if there are any others, one I saw is phpweb commerce one.

I need a tutorial and can't use someone else's script because this is a school project.
