Is anyone using this service? (Google it). Any opinions so far? At first look they seem to be similar to Paypal but perhaps less restrictive and cheaper.

I have used them and i usually accept money from Eastern Europeon countries who want stuff from Japan. If you have the solid proof of shipment, they dont allow chargebacks. Its real money that gets into your local bank account. However, they charge for local transfers. They say they dont but there were 2500 yen (about $23) missing from my funds twice.
