They also seem to be a well established company, and have very good reviews at ASP Resource Index, but Im curious why there hasnt been much discussion on this board about them. If they have such a great product, I would think others around here wouldve used it, or have heard reviews from others.
So does anyone have any thoughts, good or bad, on Aceflex's B2C pro version software?
Thanks.

There is called an E-Commerce Hosting solution where you can just login to a Admin Panel and create a product catalog from there. The good thing it does not require any web programming. It's just like click here or there.
You can check out these hosting:
1. Yahoo Store
2. RBK IT Solutions
3. MonsterCommerce

-Monster & yahoo have expensive monthly fees which you pay FOREVER
*aceflex can be purchased for the same amt of money you would spend in 1 year using monster or yahoo -- and even if you were to decide to ditch one of them, in most cases it would take you at least 1 year to make the transition in, and then out to another solution - so at least if this turns out to be a mistake I walk away with a license to the software which I could always resell.
-this software is actually an OOTB solution, which has a GUI just like MC & yahoo. There is no programming required, unless you chose to make mods, but after reviewing the HUGE list of features which dwarfs MC & yahoo, I cant see needing enhancements for several yrs.
And the fact that I would then own the code and have the ability to make any change I need is also very appealing - whereas with the others you are at the mercy of their internal agendas. I should also add that aceflex releases several upgrades per year on their own, and offers FREE 24/7 support.
Those are my main reasons for considering aceflex over a hosted solution like MC or yahoo.
Anyway, you need to extend domain name & web hosting OVERTIME (in 1 year) or FOREVER. Yahoo include 20GB of webspace! So rather than buying hosting and e-comm solution separately, you just pay all in one package. That's the idea.
BUT... if you are a developer and want to resell your codes... then... nuthin' beats PHP and MySQL. There are a lot of Open Source codes you can re-use including e-commerce codes. Rather than buying a useless software...
