how can i offer pre-orders of an ebook?
can i do this through amazon?
how could this work with crowdfunding websites?
i'm not sure yet if the ebook will be free or cost money
if it will be free, i suppose i just need to do an email subscription kinda thing, and then i can email the list once the ebook is available
if i am offering the ebook as a gift to funders on a crowdfunding website, then how do i distribute the ebook to all the funders? does the crowdfunding website give me an email list of all the funders... or does the crowdfunding website get the ebook to the funders for me?
